USES AND APPLICATIONS
Mortar designed for smoothing and leveling concrete or mortar surfaces.
PREPARATION
The mortar FAC-LEVEL 20 in bags is prepared in a concrete mixer or manually. Add 6.25 of water per bag of mortar (0.25 liters / kg). It is very important a homogeneity in the different pastures, for a correct execution of the mixture.
A consistency must be obtained that allows a homogeneous flow of the paste, since an excess of water can lead to segregation of material and possible cracks in the element made.
The product is prepared for use, so the incorporation of any type of additive is not recommended.

APPLICATION METHOD
The support must be clean, damp and resistant. Do not apply to paint, plaster or dissolvable surfaces. In case of important irregularities in the pavement, it must be filled in to achieve a correct planimetry of the pavement.
Prepare the perimeter expansion joints before their application. The mortar use time in optimal conditions is 20 minutes, depending on the weather. Pour the product on the surface, it will tend to place itself, but it is recommended that with the help of a trowel or spatula help it to achieve a correct leveling.
The maximum recommended thickness is 10 mm. It is recommended not to use them when it is expected that the temperatures in the setting process could exceed 35 ° C or the temperature could drop below 4 ° C.
STORAGE
Covered and dry rooms, avoid humidity environmental areas. Properly stored material can be used for up to one year from the date of manufacture.
