Rapid Plus

The manufacture of Rapid-Plus, high-strength fast cement, is the process of firing natural products, with inorganic additives to obtain a product that sets fast between 2 and 4 minutes depending on conditions and high resistance both at the initial and final ages.

RAPID-PLUS is a product for use, however, it can be used mixed with sand in a 1: 1 ratio by volume, useful for all types of construction applications.

The RAPID-PLUS manufacturing method allows us to be a low CO₂ emission product, which leads to a better preservation of the environment.

The characteristics of RAPID-PLUS make it the ideal product to replace plasters or limes, since higher resistance parameters are achieved and it also guarantees a higher durability. RAPID-PLUS is a very useful product in all types of constructions due to its speed of setting 2 - 4 minutes and resistances capable of supporting loads in a very short term.

USES AND APPLICATIONS

Given that the setting time and the resistance achieved are important, the use of RAPID-PLUS is recommended for all types of work within masonry.

Also, and given its ease in obtaining resistance, it is an ideal product for protection in case of flood forecasts, as well as any emergency protection work.

APPLICATION METHOD

RAPID-PLUS is a fast setting product so it is recommended to have the support clean and ready for the application of the product, as well as the necessary tools for its application.

If required, mix RAPID-PLUS with sand in a 1: 1 ratio by volume first, and once done.

This mixture add the water until obtaining the suitable consistency.

FEATURES

RAPID-PLUS is a product with very good plasticity and great docility, thus facilitating its implementation.

Given its characteristics, it is suitable for use on any type of support (mortar, concrete, etc.) and is very useful in case of waterways.

The characteristics of the product may vary in reference to the ambient temperature at the time of its application.

* In case of temperatures above 30 ⁰C, the use of additives that delay setting is recommended.

FEATURES HARDENED

Given its characteristics, RAPID-PLUS is a product with high initial and final resistance, the initials that allow us to carry out the work without waiting are at values higher than 3 N / mm² after 3 hours and the Final strengths are greater than 25 N / mm² at 28 days.

To obtain these resistances, the ambient temperature must not be lower than 10 ⁰C and no higher than 30 ⁰C.

PREVENTION

In case of projection of the product dry, on eyes or skin, wash vigorously and go to a healthcare center. Wear appropriate gloves during application. To avoid dust and splashes it is appropriate to wear safety glasses.
